MOTORCYCLE & SCOOTER TRAINING VENUES
INTRODUCTION TO MOTORCYCLING & SCOOTER RIDING
It is well known that proper Motorcycle and Scooter Rider Training that develops and promotes correct Riding and Road Traffic Safety Skills dramatically reduces the risks of accidents and makes your Motorcycle Riding
Experience so much safer. Consider that any time, effort and money spent doing Motorcycle Rider Training to be an invaluable “Investment” in your Riding future.
TRAINING VENUE ADDRESS
Training Venues are varied as we try to secure a suitable safe training environment as convenient as possible to where our Clients are situated. The intention is to rotate the use of the Training Venues according to demand
At this stage, we have 2 x Main Areas where we do our Lessons, with these being Central Suburbs (MontagueGardens) and Southern Suburbs (Muizenberg). All Training Venues are suitable for both “auto” Scooters and “gear” Motorcycles.

parking area on your Right. Look out for my white Ford Bantam Bakkie with Bike Trailer.
TRAINING VENUE OPERATING DAYS AND TIMES
At the moment, I am stretching myself between the 2 x Training Venues, being Muizenberg and Montague Gardens, sometimes doing Lessons at each one of these Training Venues, on the same day.
This is not a practical or financially viable application of the hours of my day as I seem to be spending more time in the traffic driving between Venues, than doing actual Lessons.
To make better use of the hours of the day, I have decided that I will now allocate a full day of Lessons at each particular Training Venue, on a rotational basis, determined by the demand for Lessons at each Training
Venue. Certain factors such as K53 Test Dates at either Milnerton or Green Point Test Centres will need to be taken into consideration but these Days will be adjusted accordingly. At this stage, the Time Schedules for the various Training Venues, subject to availability, are as follows:
MONTAGUE GARDENS Mondays to Fridays 10H00 to 11H30
Sundays No Lessons on Sundays in Montague Gardens.
Saturdays No Lessons on Saturdays in Muizenberg.
GREEN POINT Mondays to Fridays 10H00 to 11H30
Saturdays No Lessons on Saturdays in Green Point
. Sundays No Lessons on Sundays in Green Point.
The above Schedules are subject to change and I reserve the right to amend or adjust accordingly.
A minimum requirement for all our Motorcycle & Scooter Lessons/Courses is the current ability to ride a bicycle and maintain balance. We reserve the Right to disqualify a Client/Rider from the Course if the
Client/Rider does not meet the minimum requirements or if the Client/Rider is a risk to themselves and others. If in doubt, please learn to ride a bicycle first, to avoid disppointment.
There are 4 to 5 basic “phases” of Rider Lessons, together with their relevant Skills Modules that take a Beginner Rider with no prior “riding” experience to an Intermediate Rider, capable and competent of riding in “soft” traffic on his/her own.
On average, that will require a minimum of 5 hours of training, assuming that the “new” Rider already has the basic balancing skills and has the required ability to understand and co-ordinate the controls of a Scooter or Motorcycle.
Please read through the Program for your Course, kindly take note of the Terms and Conditions, the Course Schedules, the Training Venues, Lesson Times, Costs of Lessons and the required riding gear to wear for the lessons.
NB: It is highly recommended and essential that all new Riders already have a sense of balance, such as required when riding a bicycle, before they commence any Lessons. If uncertain about your ability to ride a
Motorcycle or Scooter, please discuss with me.
For our Lessons/Courses, we supply 125cc MotoMia Beretta Scooters and 150cc MotoMia Enzo Motorcycles with Helmets. However Clients are welcome to supply their own.
NB: Kindly refer to the RATE SHEET for all Costs.
Cash Payment on the Day of the Lesson is acceptable. If Payment is done via EFT, please do so before your Course/Lesson commences. Kindly advise and arrange the EFT option in advance and I will forward you the Bank Account details. Please forward your Proof of Payment to E-mail: email@example.com or to Cell: 082-334 9722.
It is our policy to be as flexible and as reasonable as possible to accommodate our Clients, but we reserve the right to introduce and impliment the following basic Policies:
- Refunds will only be considered if the the cancelled Appointment is filled by another Booking.
- Cancellations received after 12H00 the day before the Lesson, will not be refunded but the Lesson can be moved to another Date and Time, convenient to both Parties.
- Should a Client not arrive for a Lesson, and not notify us accordingly, well in advance, NO REFUND will be considered. They will forfeit that Lesson.
In the event of rain or bad weather conditions and any other factors beyond our control, we reserve the right to re-shedule to another alternative date and time that is convenient to both Client and Ourselves.
